Dr. Ahmed Shahata

Dr. Ahmed Shahata is a board certified OBGYN with over 15 years of experience caring for women of all ages. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and certified menopause practitioner. Dr. Shahata provides excellent and comprehensive healthcare for each woman while creating a trusting relationship.


Dr. Shahata completed his residency in OBGYN at Queens University, Kingston. He then did his fellowship in minimal invasive surgery at University of Toronto. He also has a Master degree in bleeding disorders in pregnancy.


Dr. Shahata has a particular interest in vaginal delivery after C section, high risk obstetrics, prolapse, urine incontinence, minimally invasive surgery, Laparoscopic and robotic Hysterectomy. As an experienced obstetrician who has delivered over 4,000 babies, Dr. Shahata is an expert in the use of assisted delivery and takes pride in his low Cesarean section rate. Dr. Shahata is actively involved in training medical students and residents and has received numerous teaching awards

Mallory Shellenberger PA-C

Mallory Shellenberger is a certified PA in Obstetrics & Gynecology . She is NCCPA Board Certified and is a member in Ohio association of PA . She has Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lake Erie College


She has special interest in gynecologic care, including contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding, well-woman gynecology, and preventative care for women of all ages. She runs the preoperative clinic to ensure that any medical issues are resolved before surgery and participates in our case review conference to ensure that all patient concerns and issues have been addressed.
